So, you've had your opinion ready. Here comes the moment where we'd love you to share your thoughts with later customers. And this comes with a split - we'd love you to leave 5S rviews on the site with a pic and tell what you like about this item.

However, if there's something that didn't treat you right, or if there was a certain item you didn't like in our Secret Menu, do tell your agent first. The Initiative team will then summarize the negative feedbacks and bring them to our R&D and respective ops team. Once your 5S rview is live, show your agent a screenshot. Upon confirmation, your reward will be issued based on the actual price paid at order placement (excluding tax). We can do Paypal or Amzn gift card. Let us know which one you'd like, and tell us how to issue the reward (account/email). The cash in should be within 1-2 business days. If you still don't see anything in your account after 2 business days, don't let this slide. Tell your agent, and they will personally fight our finops for your reward.
